Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by email & text because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
A credit card will now be required for all NEW CLIENT services
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our STYLE LABB team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. While our goal is to never need to enforce these policies, we thank you for taking the time to view and understand them.
If you do find yourself running late, give us a holler. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best (no promises) to fit you in, otherwise just get to us safely and we’ll do our best to make sure you get your service. (Longer services such as colour may have to be shortened).
If WE are running behind, we will try to give you a heads up so that we can all plan accordingly. If we are running severely behind, you will be given appropriate discounts to reschedule for a time that suits your schedule.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
OUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 30 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.
